I had a wonderful two-night stay at Dream Hotel Amsterdam, enjoying the fantastic location and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, though it lacked some amenities like an elevator and breakfast offerings. Despite the noise from thin walls and uncomfortable mattresses, I appreciated the overall vibe of the hotel and its proximity to attractions.

My room was clean and spacious, but the mattress was uncomfortable and the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. I could also use some heating as it felt a bit cold.

My stay at Dream Hotel Amsterdam was good overall! The hotel had a snug and intimate atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome from the get-go. While the location was convenient for exploring the city, the lack of an elevator and a few quirks with the bathroom were minor inconveniences. Still, the comfortable bed and cleanliness made for a pleasant experience. I'd definitely consider returning! 😊✨

The room was clean and cozy, though slightly small and situated in the roof space, which felt a bit chilly. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring I had a good night’s sleep.

The staff were polite and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They even carried my bags up the stairs, which I really appreciated since there’s no lift.

My stay at Dream Hotel Amsterdam was a mixed experience. While the location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore the vibrant city, I encountered cleanliness issues that were quite disappointing. The staff were friendly and attentive, really making an effort to assist with any requests I had. However, I did have issues with the room being small and a bit shabby. Overall, the atmosphere was cozy, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Rooms

The room was quite tiny, impacting my comfort, but it was clean and had a minimalistic decor. Unfortunately, the lack of windows was also a drawback for my stay.
Service

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to many attractions, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to enjoy Amsterdam's vibrant scene.
Dining

Dining options weren't available directly at the hotel, but I found plenty of great places just around the corner.
Facilities

Facilities were basic but functional; the room amenities included a kettle and tea supplies, which I appreciated. The water from the shower tended to splash everywhere, making it a bit messy.

I recently spent four nights at Dream Hotel Amsterdam during King’s Day, and overall it was a pretty decent stay. The room was modern and relatively new, but it was on the smaller side, and some quirks made it a bit less comfortable than I'd hoped. The location was fantastic, allowing me to easily explore the city, which I loved, yet the lack of a lift and some noisy nights were drawbacks.

Rooms
6.0
My room was at the back overlooking a quaint square, which was nice. However, it felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom could have used a shower door to keep water from splashing everywhere. The beds were also oddly shaped, making it hard to get a good rest. But everything was clean, which I appreciated.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Their polite demeanor made my stay more pleasant, and they even helped arrange some special touches for my anniversary.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is a real highlight. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Centraal Station, which was manageable. Being close to shops, bars, and tram stations made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and enjoying what Amsterdam has to offer.
Dining
6.0
There was no breakfast available at the hotel, which was a bit disappointing, but I found several great cafes and restaurants within a short walk. While I did miss a solid breakfast option, finding a spot for a bite nearby wasn't a problem.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel had a unique charm, the lack of common sitting areas and no lift made it feel a bit like a boutique hotel without all the comforts. The narrow stairs were tough, especially after a long day of exploring.

My stay at Dream Hotel Amsterdam was quite pleasant. The location was really good, placing me close to all major attractions. However, the lack of a lift made lugging my suitcase upstairs a bit challenging. The room was clean and had a modern feel, but it was on the smaller side. Despite minor inconveniences, the hotel offered a solid base for exploring the vibrant city.

Rooms
7.0
The room was modern and clean, though a bit small for my taste. It had some unique design elements, but the bathroom was a bit cramped and the wet room style meant everything got a bit soggy after showering.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome right from the start.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the heart of the city and nearby attractions with just a short walk.
Dining
7.0
There was no breakfast service available, but I found plenty of nearby cafe options to start my day. It worked well for me as I enjoyed exploring local eateries.
Facilities
6.0
The absence of a lift was a downside, particularly on the narrow, steep stairs. That said, the cleanliness of the hotel and room amenities like a kettle and air conditioning were commendable.
